Personality	Perhaps thanks to his paternal line, Strychnos loves growing things almost as much as corrupting them. He staked his claim on a particularly gloomy corner of the Arx garden early on, and his half-sister Betula begrudgingly lets him stay (almost certainly a result of the threat his powers pose to her plants). Strychnos seems content to keep to his corner, meticulously blending corruption with horticulture to synthesise all-new flora. Where many of his ilk are bent on spreading their influence as far and wide as they can, Strychnos' preference for solitude makes him an oddity. Those brave enough to get close will actually find Strychnos to be quite the gentleman. He is very proud of his work and, to the willing listener, he's all too happy to explain the ins and outs of his craft. Conversationally gifted as Strychnos is, it's no surprise that he successfully convinced Suspiria that the Arx library could really use an herbarium. The library is the only place Strychnos frequents near as often as his garden. He catalogues and labels all of his own samples to Suspiria's standards, and she has yet to be disappointed by his attention to detail.
