Personality	Ambitious and confident, Rhio' has always wanted to lead. He is careful in his decision-making and considers as many possible outcomes as he can before committing to a plan. He dislikes admitting failure, but figures the best way to not have to do that it to never fail in the first place! He's the only one of his siblings who maintains a close relationship with his sponsorling. Having follow-the-leader Cherisyo around was a huge boost to Rhio's ego, but over time, the two have become more like collaborators than a leader/subordinate pair. As for his siblings... Rhio' isn't stupid, and despite Melorayerath's best efforts, he knows his brother-bond is barely holding it together. Rhio' has long been frustrated with Melo's father-figure position amongst the three and his coddling of Kany', but he can't help but feel sorry for his brother. It's the one scenario where Rhio' feels incapable of stepping up to lead. He wants to help, but just can't seem to act; when it comes to his family, failure just isn't an option for him.
