| Personality | With his sanguineous colouration and spicy temper, Malehph is often mistaken for a Fire variant. Spend any extended period of time around him, though, and it's clear he has all the hallmarks of a Mud drak: meticulous, calculating, and thoughtful. He just so happens to be really intense in a way that intimidates most of his peers - and his patients. As a field medic, Malehph is a living encyclopedia of all the ways one can be grievously injured both in and out of combat. This makes him rather indispensable. Of his Armada, he is by far the most knowledgeable and thorough, catching details that other medics overlook. Unfortunately for those in treatment, Malehph's thoughtfulness does not equal tact. He'll bark out requests for medical equipment and poultices while simultaneously chastising a patient for their carelessness. Malehph has trouble seeing the world through others' eyes; that someone could miss the tiniest suggestion of danger is simply beyond him. His ideal Mind-Pair is someone who can be his hands in the field; it's hard to perform medical procedures without human dexterity. Only time will tell if there's a person alive who meets his sky-high standards. |
