| Personality | Passionate and determined, Bruni is a stubborn spitfire of a girl who chooses her own path in life. Rather than follow the advice of others, she seeks out her own answers and accomplishes things on her own. She'd rather push through alone, however long it takes, than ask for help. Bruni spends plenty of time alone, generally uninterested in human companionship. Her attitude ranges from civil to loving with her family, but she can come across as rude to strangers, especially if they're trying to offer help or advice. There are exceptions to her distaste for other people: her oldest brother, the one sibling whose presence she tolerated as a child, and her firelizard Apogee, who she tends to spoil. She is constantly seeking stimulation in the form of a challenge. When faced with a challenging situation, Bruni will doggedly work toward its solution, regardless of the cost to herself. She has a natural talent for problem-solving and, while stubborn, is almost always successful at overcoming obstacles. Unfortunately, this often leaves the young woman bored, leading her to seek out new (and often more dangerous) peaks to surmount. She is only just starting to mature enough to realize that assistance from others can be a boon, not a curse. While she's likely to remain fiercely independent into adulthood, Bruni isn't likely to be a loner forever. |
