Personality	That's Doctor Jariane-Rona'de to you - or, as she's familiarly known by her patients, Dr. J.-R. Caring and personable, it's no wonder Shinpi excels in her chosen field. Her shifting and healing magic lend themselves well to checkups on both draconic and humanoid patients, and she's recommended by said patients for both her physical and verbal gentleness. Shinpi is always friendly to her patients, even if they've landed themselves in her clinic thanks to less-than-intelligent choices! She believes everyone deserves a listening ear and good healthcare. She's also particularly good at reading the room, and will happily engage in a little humour if it helps relax the mood. If her patients leave a little less afraid of the doctor's office, then Shinpi feels she's done her job right. She probably wouldn't have survived medical school without being at least a bit of a night owl. Shinpi actually prefers being active after dark, and finds it difficult to relax after hours. She sleeps, yes, but she's not about to do that until she's organized everything for the next workday. Her pre-planning borders on obsessive, and she loathes spontaneous schedule changes, but Shinpi takes every possible action to ensure her days are scheduled the way she likes them. (Incidentally, emergency appointments don't bother her - she has time slots in her days specifically allotted to accommodate emergencies, of course!)
