Personality	Charismatic and handsome, Vortex has both the face and the personality for TV (so to speak). With their social smarts (and a little boost from Esbaru's Storm Sense ability), they quickly achieved the status of Nidus Caelestis' go-to weatherperson. Vortex loves the spotlight and all the attention and praise that come with it. They are adept at remembering names and faces, and they're well-liked because of that. Even without their bond's powers, Vortex is very bright; they're perfectly capable of making meteorological predictions without any magical assistance! They aren't exactly open about Esbaru's influence on their line of work, but the dragon insists it's not a problem, and the two are more than content with their arrangement. Vortex genuinely loves Nidus Caelestis and has a strong desire to help keep it safe - though they strongly dislike getting sentimental, and wouldn't be caught dead admitting this to anyone!
