Personality	Visitors to Caelestis Cove may notice that the local aquatic flora is remarkably well-kept - and all that is Romadass' doing. Fed up with the preconceived notion that only terrestrial gardens deserve any sort of upkeep, Romadass has installed herself as the chief aquascaper of Caelestis Cove. She works tirelessly to maintain everything from algae to giant kelp, and she's very picky about how things look. Romadass also has zero tolerance for those who don't read her signage marking particularly delicate underwater gardens. She dislikes the idea of hurting others, but she will gladly divert wayward vessels with a generous spray of water breath! Romadass is a fount of knowledge on all things aquatic flora and lights up at others' curiosity on the subject. She is a vivacious teacher, happy to pour out her wisdom to anyone willing to listen. Incidentally, she's started offering aquascaping classes for anyone wanting to try it themselves. She supposes that she could offload some of her work onto her students eventually - provided they meet her lofty expectations, of course!
