Abilities	Deep-Water Adaptation: Phosphor requires a high-pressure water environment to survive. She cannot survive in shallow water for more than a few minutes, and her body will collapse if removed from water. Distracting Eye: Phosphor can use her glowing fins and eyespots in a flare to attempt to disorient attackers. Eternal Patience: Phosphor possesses nearly supernatural patience. She can wait, without need of food or drink, for up to two weeks without growing bored or losing focus. Hunter's Mark: Phosphor can "mark" a single target at a time and track them through any body of water. If the target leaves the water, the mark is lost. Intimidation: Phosphor can impress sensations of growing wariness, foreboding, fear, and the need to flee. The closer she is to a target, the stronger the sensations become. Longevity: Barring illness or injury, Phosphor can live for centuries. Underwater Breathing: Phosphor can breathe underwater.
Personality	Not much is known about Phosphor. Because she can only survive in the depths, she rarely approaches the Nidus or even the ocean's surface. Ship captains who frequent the area would agree that she's benevolent, though. Phosphor knows the ocean and its temperament better than any land-born seafarer, and she seems to actively use her powers of intimidation and distraction to steer vessels away from potential hazards. She's something of a local legend at the Nidus. The stories say that if a sailor sees a telltale flash of violet from below the waves accompanied by an inexplicable feeling of dread, they'd be wise to change their course.
