Personality	Pelagius is an eccentric; he loves collecting all manner of dubiously acquired shiny objects and miscellaneous trinkets that happen to catch his eye. More than collecting, he loves showing off his acquisitions to curious onlookers and cajoling others into parting with possessions that he fancies. He has a silver tongue and a knack for storytelling. If anyone can convince a random stranger that an ordinary spoon caused the collapse of an empire, it's Pelagius.
Other	Pelagius is amphibious and requires a humid to liquid environment to be comfortable. He can survive out of water, but will be very uncomfortable after a few hours without contact with moisture. His human form allows him to stay on land for longer, but his skin will still feel dry and itchy if he doesn't care for it regularly.
